Public Benefit Bag In the fundnot yet

Six rules, in order

The keeper does all of this on a timer and writes every step into a memo on chain.

PBB·HD01Rule

Fees become the fund

Creator fees go to one public wallet. Every 30 minutes 90% of what sits there buys $PBB into the fund and 10% pays for the RPC, the server and network fees. The fund never sells: $PBB leaves it by a payout or by a burn, and no other way.

The base is set once

24 hours after launch the keeper takes the hour's average market cap from its own minute by minute samples and writes it to the chain in a memo. It is never below $30,000, and it never changes again.

PBB·HD03Rule

Every +50% is a level

Levels sit at the base times 1.5, 2.25, 3.38, 5.06 and on. A level is taken when the hour's average market cap passes it, so one candle cannot take it. Each level fires once, even if the price comes back down afterwards.

A level pays a fifth, equally

When a level is taken, 20% of what the fund holds at that moment is split into equal shares. Not by balance: a wallet with ten thousand $PBB and a wallet with a hundred thousand get the same. Payouts go out in batches with a memo listing the recipients and their hash.

Who passes the checks

Three checks inside the last 72 hours, each at a moment chosen by the blockhash of a slot announced in advance, so nobody knows when to be holding. You pass if you held $20 or more of $PBB at all three. The bonding curve, the pool and the fund itself never count. Wallets funded from one address inside a day, or that sent $PBB to each other, take one share between them, and the list with its reason is published.

Below half the base it burns

If the day's average market cap sits under half the base, a fifth of the fund is burned with an ordinary SPL burn and the signature is published. Once in 7 days at most. If the coin never recovers, the fund empties itself instead of sitting there.
